Dreamtime Sleep Ritual
Unwind and drift into dreamtime.
Cleanse and settle in with a Himalayan salt and sleepy essential oils foot soak, the candlelit room allows the body to produce your body’s natural sleep inducing hormones helping your mind switch off and be transported on a journey to deep restorative sleep. Drift into dreamtime with a guided relaxation and hopi ear candling session with calming scalp massage, organic facial massage followed by a soothing, rhythmic Ayurvedic marma foot and lower leg massage (Padabyanga) with sleep inducing essential oils.
